经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后瘤样扩张再置入覆膜支架2例 被引量：4

摘要 冠状动脉瘤(coronary artery aneurysm,CAA)是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后的少见并发症。本报道解放军北部战区总医院近期2例支架置入术后支架段血管瘤样扩张患者,均置入聚四氟乙烯覆膜支架成功封堵瘤体,并对患者随访观察其疗效。1临床资料病例1患者男,69岁。因“反复胸痛10余年,再发半年”入住解放军北部战区总医院。既往高血压病史40余年,否认糖尿病、高脂血症病史。
