摘要
目的探讨新型护理方法在唇腭裂患儿七氟醚麻醉术后的应用效果。方法将106例行七氟醚麻醉手术治疗的唇腭裂患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组53例。观察组术后实施新型护理,对照组术后实施传统护理,比较2组住院时间、伤口愈合情况、满意度评分、复发情况及术后并发症(包括发热、伤口出血、呕吐等)发生情况。结果观察组住院时间、术后伤口出血发生率均较对照组显著减少,满意度评分较对照组显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组术后发热、呕吐发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组术后伤口均正常愈合,无伤口感染和延迟愈合发生;术后3个月随访均无复发病例。结论新型护理方法用于唇腭裂患儿七氟醚麻醉术后安全、可靠、有效,有利于促进患儿术后康复。
Objective To discuss the postoperative application of new nursing method in children undergoing cleft lip and palate surgery under sevoflurane anesthesia.Methods A total of 106 children who underwent cleft lip and palate surgery under sevoflurane anesthesia were randomly given either new nursing(observation group,n=53) or traditional nursing(control group,n=53).The hospital stay,wound healing,satisfaction score,recurrence rate and postoperative complications(fever,wound bleeding,vomiting,etc.) were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the length of hospital stay and incidence of wound bleeding were decreased and the satisfaction score was increased in observation group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of postoperative fever and vomiting between the two groups.All wounds healed normally without occurrence of infection or delayed healing.No recurrence was found in both groups after 3 months of follow-up.Conclusion The new nursing method is a safe,reliable and effective procedure that is conducive to the postoperative rehabilitation in children undergoing cleft lip and palate surgery under sevoflurane anesthesia.
