摘要
生态滤坝是近年来新兴的水体原位净化技术,其基质上附着的生物膜是决定净水效果的关键。文中分别以厚度20、30、50 cm的沸石和砾石混合物作为滤坝基质,采用循环河水试验的方式,通过分析物理吸附和微生物的代谢作用结果,考察基质厚度对生态滤坝净水效果的影响。结果表明,经过8h的净水,基质厚度为20、30、50cm的滤坝对COD Cr的去除率分别达51.86%、52.67%和77.51%,对NH+4-N的去除率分别达47.46%、53.65%和69.37%,对总氮的去除率分别达7.19%、13.63%和15.26%。生物膜系统中有大量红斑飘体虫、轮虫、线虫等微型后生动物,基质厚度为50cm的生态滤坝挂膜量最多,对污染物的净化效果最好,且防堵塞性能最优,对实际工程基质的配置具有一定的参考意义。
Ecological filter dam is a new technology of in-situ water purification in recent years.The biofilm attached to the substrate is the key to the effect of water purification.Zeolite and gravel mixtures with the thickness of 20 cm,30 cm and 50 cm were used as the filter dam substrates to investigate the effect of the substrate thickness on the water purification through physical adsorption and microbial metabolism analysis using cyclic river water test.The results show that after 8 h water purification and with substrate thickness of 20cm,30cm and 50cm for the filter dams,the removal rates is respectively up to 51.86%,52.67% and 77.51% for COD Cr,47.46%,53.65% and 69.37% for NH4^+-N,and 7.19%,13.63% and 15.26% for TN.In the biofilm system,there are a large number of erythematozoa,rotifers,nematodes and other micro-metazoan animals.The ecological filter dam with a substrate thickness of 50cm has the largest amount of film,which have the best purification effect on pollutants and the best anti-blockage performance.If uniform substrate is used in practical engineering ecological filter dam,it is better to use one with larger particle size.
