摘要
海底管道水平向整体屈曲是深海油气管道安全性设计及稳定性分析的重要组成部分.伴随着全球深海油气资源的开发,海底管道水平向整体屈曲问题备受关注,近40年中取得了重要的研究进展.本文详述了海底管道水平向整体屈曲的发生机理及研究发展历程.分别从整体屈曲的理论研究、管土相互作用及管道热屈曲模型试验、整体屈曲数值模拟方法、整体屈曲防护措施及工程应用等几方面,阐述了高温高压下海底管道水平向整体屈曲的研究成果,并提出了今后的研究方向.
Lateral global buckling plays an important role in the design and integrity assessment of HP/HT submarine pipelines.With the development of deep-sea oil and gas resources,a considerable amount of research on the global buckling of submarine pipelines has been conducted in the past 40 years,resulting in substantial progress been made in the field.This paper describes the history and major research achievements of lateral buckling studies on submarine pipelines.It covers the theoretical analysis of lateral buckling,experimental study on pipe-soil interactions and thermal buckling response of pipelines,and finite element analysis(FEA)of global buckling.This paper also highlights the design of buckling mitigation measures for the pipelines,and finally identifies the areas for further development.
