摘要
目的:阐述消渴病痹症患者采用中药熏洗护理的具体措施及效果。方法:研究对象选取我院收治消渴病痹症患者90例,分为观察组与对照组,对照组常规护理,观察组中药熏洗护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者此次护理总疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,观察组患者正中神经SNCV(49.81±2.04)、MNCV(50.01±2.07)、腓神经SNCV(47.82±3.14)、MNCV(47.81±2.95)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消渴病痹症患者经过中药熏洗护理干预可有效提高神经感觉、运动传导速率,改善患者症状表现,提倡推广应用。
Objective:This paper expounds the specific measures and effects of fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine in patients with arthralgia syndrome.Methods:The study subjects selected 90 patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital,divided into observation group and control group,the control group received routine care,observed group of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing care,comparing the two groups of nursing effects.Results:The total effect of nursing in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the median nerve SNCV(49.81±2.04),MNCV(50.01±2.07),peroneal nerve SNCV(47.82±3.14),MNCV(47.81±2.95)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can effectively improve the nerve sensation and motor conduction rate,improve the symptoms of patients with diabetic arthralgia,and promote its application.
