摘要
本文是经过对伊犁地区蒙其古尔至洪海沟地区地浸工艺钻孔施工各项数据及地层总结给出此地区钻头选用及钻进参数选择分析,伊犁盆地地浸工艺钻孔自几十米至700多米深度不等,近几年随着开采的加大,生产井深度逐步扩展到600 m以上,成井中地表覆盖砾石多,中段第三系泥岩较多、进尺慢、泥包现象严重,矿层砂岩段石英含量高、憋车严重造成钻进效率改观不明显,为提高生产效率,通过施工中优选钻头类型、喷嘴搭配、合理使用钻具级配、分地层调整钻压、泵量等措施来提高钻进效率,缩短施工周期,提升经济效益。
In this paper,the data and strata of in-situ leaching technology drilling in Yili area from Mongqigur to Honghaigou area are summarized,and the selection and analysis of drilling bit and drilling parameters in this area are given.The surface of the well is covered with gravel,the Tertiary mudstone in the middle section is more,the footage is slower and the mud inclusion is serious.The high quartz content in the sandstone section of the ore bed and the serious traffic jam make the drilling efficiency not obvious.In order to improve production efficiency,drilling efficiency is improved,construction period is shortened and economic benefit is improved by optimizing bit type,nozzle collocation,rational use of drilling tool gradation,adjustment of drilling pressure and pump volume in different strata.
