摘要
预制U形节段梁作为一种新型的轨道交通桥梁结构,在结构上具有创新性,由此对施工技术也提出新要求。依托上海市市科委科研项目,在调研国内外预制U形梁施工技术的基础上,分析三腹板预制U形节段梁的施工工况,进行吊装方案的设计组合,并研究2种不同组合的提升和拼接方案的施工技术,解决三腹板预制U形节段梁在施工控制中的问题。比选分析2种组合方案的优缺点,为三腹板预制U形节段梁在未来轨道交通工程施工中的推广应用打下坚实基础。
As a new type of rail transit bridge structure,prefabricated U-shaped section beam is innovative in structure,which also puts forward new requirements for construction technology.Relying on the scientific research project of Shanghai Municipal Science&Technology Commission and based on the investigation of the construction technology of prefabricated U-shaped beams at home and abroad,the construction conditions of prefabricated U-shaped beams with three webs are analyzed,the design&combination of hoisting schemes are carried out,the construction technology of two different combinations of lifting&splicing schemes are studied,and the problems in construction control of prefabricated U-shaped beams with three webs are solved.The comparison&analysis of the advantages&disadvantages of the two combination schemes lay a solid foundation for the application of prefabricated U-shaped section beams with three webs in the future rail transit construction.
