摘要
通过文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、实地考察法对英国赛艇后备人才培养的机制与我国赛艇后备人才培养的机制进行对比,分析我国赛艇后备人才培养机制所存在的不足之处,通过重点分析研究"中英赛艇精英计划"的实施,发现这项计划不仅对我国赛艇后备人才的培养具有重要的历史意义和新的发展思路,也对我国竞技体育后备人才的发展机制也有一定的参考作用。
Through the literature data method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis method and field investigation method, the mechanism of British rowing reserve talent training is compared with the mechanism of China’s rowing reserve talent training, and the shortcomings of China’s rowing reserve talent training mechanism are analyzed. Through the analysis of the implementation of the "Chinese and British Rowing Elite Program", it is found that this plan not only has important historical significance and new development ideas for the training of reserve talents in China, but also the development of China’s competitive sports reserve talents. The mechanism also has a certain reference role.
