火力发电厂主汽联合调节阀裂纹修复研究

摘要 介绍火力发电厂大型铸件常用材料ZG15Cr2Mo1主汽联合调节阀的焊接修复工艺,包括缺陷挖除、焊前准备、热处理工艺、焊接工艺及焊后检验方案等。修复采用焊条电弧焊方式,焊接材料选用ENiCrFe-2焊条,U型坡口,焊前预热至100~150℃,使用小电流手工焊打底以及多层多道焊连续施焊的方式以保证达到良好的焊接效果。焊后对补焊处进行渗透检测和硬度检测,渗透检测未发现补焊处有异常缺陷,硬度检测结果也满足标准规定,结果表明该修复工艺能够较好地完成火力发电厂ZG15Cr2Mo1大型铸件的修复工作。 ZG15Cr2Mo1 is the common material used for large castings in thermal power plants.The welding repair technology of ZG15Cr2Mo1 main steam combined regulating valve in the thermal power plant is introduced,including the removal of defects,welding preparation,heat treatment procedure,welding technology and inspection.The main steam combined regulating valve is repaired by manual metal arc welding with ENiCrFe-2 electrode,single U groove and preheating temperature of 100℃~150℃.To get a good result,the manual metal arc welding with low current is used for the backing weld,and the multi-layer and multi-pass welding is also used for continuous welding.After welding,the penetration test and hardness test are carried out,no effect is found,and the hardness test results also meet the standard requirements,the results show that the technology can repair the large castings of ZG15Cr2Mo1 in thermal power plants.
