摘要
目的:观察金水宝胶囊对慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者的临床效果。方法:选取48例慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者随机分为对照组和实验组各24例,对照组患者采取常规化治疗方式,研究组患者在常规化治疗的基础上采用金水宝胶囊进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果以及治疗后相关实验室指标进行对比。结果:治疗后,研究组患者肾功能相关指标状况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率(95.83%)明显高于对照组(75.00%),P<0.05。结论:对于慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者采用金水宝胶囊进行治疗,可大幅度提高临床治疗总有效率,改善各项肾功能相关指标。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jinshuibao Capsule on maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:48 cases patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two groups:control group(24 cases)and experimental group(24 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy.The patients in the study group were treated with Jinshuibao Capsule on the basis of routine therapy.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups and the relevant laboratory indexes were compared.Results:After treatment,the renal function related indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group(95.83%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Jinshuibao capsule can improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment and improve the related indexes of renal function.
