摘要
针对大片区孤石爆破常伴的爆破面积大、炮孔浅且分散、一次起爆炮孔数目多、整体起爆难以把控等难点,介绍了一种导爆管雷管孔外接力控制起爆技术,通过合理选择起爆延时时间、孔外接力控制起爆网路、网路连接及其防护的方法,克服了难题。工程实践应用证明,这种起爆技术安全可靠,既可满足爆破振动的安全要求,又能使起爆的炮孔数不受限制,满足实际爆破规模的需要,而且操作简单,运用灵活,应用前景广阔。
Boulders blasting in large area features various difficulties,the large amounts of shallow,scattered blast holes makeone-time blasting hard to handle.This paper introduces a blasting technology of controlled relay nonel detonator applied to this situation.It adopts relay initiation network outside the blast hole,optimizes the blasting delay time and refines the connection of the detonation network and the protection measures.The engineering practice has showed that the blasting technology is safe and reliable.It not only meets the safety requirements of blasting vibration,but also makes the amounts of blast holes unrestricted,meeting diverse demands.This technology is both simple and flexible,thus has broad prospects in application.
