摘要
采用单片机控制技术,对轮对跑合试验台温度检测系统的软件部分进行了设计.系统实现了温度信号采集、状态监测、超温报警、数据显示、信号分析和故障诊断等功能,在温度检测的准确性和故障分析能力等方面有了很大的提升.
The software part of the temperature detection system of the wheelset running test bench is designed by using single-chip computer control technology.The system realizes the functions of temperature signal acqui-sition,condition monitoring,over-temperature alarm,data display,signal analysis and fault diagnosis.The accu-racy of temperature detection and fault analysis ability have been greatly improved.
