摘要
配置某型高压共轨系统的公交车行驶了45 000 km时发现有燃油泄漏,原因是由限流器开裂所致。该限流器材料为20Cr钢,经过了渗碳、淬火、冷处理和低温回火。对失效限流器进行了外观检查、断口分析、成分分析、金相检验及有限元模拟计算。结果表明:限流器开裂是中孔与座面之间过小的圆角处在高压燃油作用下产生严重应力集中造成的。
A bus equipped with a certain type of high-pressure common rail system was found fuel leakage when done 45 000 km,which stemmed from flow limiter cracking.The cracked flow limiter was made of 20 Cr steel,and carburized,hardened,cold treated,and low-temperature temped.The failed flow limiter was objected to visual test,fracture test,composition analysis,metallographic examination,and finite element simulation.The results showed that the flow limiter cracking was traced to severe stress concentration at excessively small fillet between the centre hole and the seat surface by the action of high-pressure fuel.
