摘要
针对超厚模袋混凝土在高温高盐高辐射、较大涌浪使用环境下存在混凝土塌落度大、填充率低等问题,设计试验试图确定一种适用于特定工程项目的C30超厚模袋混凝土基准配合比。借鉴自密实混凝土工作性能评价方法,提出采用坍落扩展时间、V型漏斗和J型环的流动扩展性、抗离析性和通过性来评价模袋混凝土工作性能。通过试验细化了混凝土工作性能指标,并给出水胶比、胶材用量、砂率以及矿物掺合料对超厚模袋混凝土工作性能的影响关系。相关结果可为确定实际施工中所用超厚模袋混凝土最终配合比提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of large collapse degree and low filling rate of ultra-thick mold bag concrete in high temperature,large wave,high salt and high radiation environment,a suitable reference mix ratio for C30 ultra-thick mold bag concrete in a specific engineering project was tried to be determined by design test.Based on the evaluation method for self-compacting concrete performance,the collapse expansion time,flow expansibility of V-funnel and J-ring,segregation resistance and passing ability were used to evaluate the working performance of mold bag concrete.The working performance index of concrete was refined through experiments,and the effects of water-binder ratio,glue dosage,sand ratio and mineral admixture on the working performance of mold bag concrete were given in this paper.The related results can provide a reference for determining the final mix proportion of ultra-thick mold bag concrete used in practical construction.
