低温环境下石膏制模效果的影响研究

摘要 冰雪路面立体足迹的提取是公安实战工作中的难题之一。在-22℃至-14℃低温环境下,测试了5%~25%浓度的食盐、酒精、汽车防冻液水溶液的冰点和其调制成石膏溶液的凝固时间,寻找适用于低温环境下调制石膏液的最佳溶液和浓度。实验结果表明,食盐、酒精、汽车防冻液均可不同程度降低水的冰点,溶液的种类、浓度、环境温度都是影响石膏液凝固时间的重要因素,结合存放3个月前后石膏模型的变化,5%的食盐水溶液和5%的酒精溶液均可作为低温环境下调制石膏液的溶液。该方法能有效改善石膏制模提取法对不同温度环境的适应性,可以简化冰雪路面立体足迹提取流程,为提高基层现场勘查工作效率提供帮助。 The cast of the three-dimensional footprint of the ice and snow pavement is one of the problems in the actual combat work of the public security.In the temperature of-22℃to-14℃,the freezing point of 5%~25%salt,alcohol,car antifreeze aqueous solution and the solidification time of its preparation into gypsum solution were tested in order to find the optimum solution and concentration for the preparation of gypsum solution in low temperature environments.The experimental results show that salt,alcohol and automobile antifreeze can reduce the freezing point of water to different degrees.The type,concentration and ambient temperature of the solution are all important factors affecting the setting time of gypsum solution.Combined with the change of gypsum model before and after storage for 3 months,a solution of 5%salt solution and 5%alcohol solution can be used as a solution for preparing gypsum solution in a low temperature environment.The method can effectively improve the adaptability of the gypsum mold casting method to different temperature environments,and can simplify the three-dimensional footprint casting process of the ice and snow pavement,and provide assistance for improving the efficiency of the grassroots’survey work.
