摘要
为获得不同百叶类型的吸收塔中活性焦颗粒介质模型,对填充活性焦颗粒的吸收塔进行实测,运用电测法获得两种不同类型百叶上测点的应力数据。运用连续介质法对吸收塔进行数值模拟,当仿真结果与实测结果逼近时,可获得吸收塔内部活性焦的等效连续介质力学模型,对应的固体特性参数即为等效参数,可用于同等条件下的工业场合。通过该方法来判断不同类型的吸收塔内部活性焦的力学特性,对提高设备实际运行的效率也具有极其重要的意义。
In order to obtain the mechanical model of active coke particles used in the absorbers with the different louvers,the absorber filled with active coke particles will be used in experiments,and the stress about the measuring points in two different types of louver are obtained by the electric measurement.The method of continuous medium is applied to the numerical simulation of the absorber.When the simulation result approximates to the measured result,the equivalent model about the continuous medium mechanical model of the active coke filled in the absorber can be obtained,and the corresponding solid property parameters are equivalent parameters,which can be applied to industrial occasions under the same conditions.In this way,it is very important to judge the mechanical properties of active coke filled in the different types of absorption tower,which can improve the efficiency of equipment operation.
