摘要 阐述转向系统力矩波动的基本原理,通过对标车分析,基于某车型转向系统硬点坐标及相位角理论计算转向系统的力矩波动值,在CATIA/DMU软件中搭建转向系统模型,并对不同角度调节工况进行仿真,仿真结果表明该车的力矩波动值满足设计要求。 The basic principle of torque fluctuation of the steering system was described.The benchmarking vehicle was analyzed,and the torque fluctuation value of steering system was calculated based on the theory of hard point coordinates and phase angle of a certain type of steering system.The steering system model was established in CATIA/DMU software,and the simulation analysis was carried out on the use of the operation conditions of different angles.Simulation results show that the fluctuation of the vehicle’s torque meets the design requirements,and it can improve the vehicle’s handling performance and driving comfort.
