摘要
目的探讨手部深度烧伤患者修复术后的综合康复护理。方法选取我院收治的54例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者为研究对象,其中有31例行植皮术,23例行皮瓣转移术,术后均给予综合康复护理,主要从换药、按摩、加压治疗、手部关节活动训练、出院指导等方面进行。评估患者手指关节总活动度(TAM)、日常生活活动能力及手日常生活活动能力;并评估患者皮肤恢复情况;统计患者术后并发症发生情况。结果患者TAM总优良率90.74%;手日常生活活动能力总分为(70.31±3.52)分;患者皮肤恢复评分总分为(3.73±0.84)分;Barthel指数总优良率为85.19%;护理后总并发症发生率为3.70%。结论手部深度烧伤患者术后进行综合康复护理可降低瘢痕的形成,改善术区美观度,促进手部功能恢复,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the comperioperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with deep hand burn after operation.Methods 54 patients with deep burn in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,31 cases of whose underwent skin grafting and 23 cases underwent flap transfer,all patients were given the comperioperative rehabilitation nursing after operation,mainly from dressing,massage,pressure treatment,hand joint movement training,discharge guidance and other aspects.The total finger joint activity(TAM),daily life activity and hand activity were assessed,and kin recovery was evaluated,the incidence of postoperative complications was calculated.Results The total excellent and good rate of TAM was 90.74%;the total score of hand activity in daily life was(70.31±3.52);the total score of skin recovery was(3.73±0.84);the total excellent and good rate of Barthel index was 85.19%;the total complication rate after nursing was 3.70%.Conclusion The postoperative comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with deep hand burns can reduce the formation of scar,it can improve the beauty of surgical area,promote the recovery of hand function,reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
