硫酸盐高油脂体系增稠研究

摘要 在含有3%橄榄油的硫酸盐表面活性剂体系中,比较了6种增稠悬浮剂对体系的增稠能力、对油脂的悬浮能力以及对泡沫的影响。实验结果表明:丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-31烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物的悬浮能力较好,对泡沫影响较小,但无法对体系增稠;羟乙基纤维素和黄原胶的增稠能力适中,但是对泡沫影响较大,泡沫量少;丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物和羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯体系的黏度与添加量几乎成正比,且其泡沫丰富;二硬脂基邻苯二甲酰胺的增稠能力以及泡沫丰富度相对丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物较低。同时加入脂肪酸可丰富泡沫,在适当的pH环境中可提高黏度。 Six different thickening and suspending agents were added in the system of sulfate surfactants containing 3%olive oil to compare the thickening,suspending and foaming ability.The experimental results show acrylates/C10-31 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer applies good suspending ability and has less effect on surfactant foaming.However,it cannot thicken the system.Hydroxyethylcellulose and xanthan gum provide moderate thickening ability,but having a significate influence on foaming,resulting in less bubbles.Products containing acrylates copolymer or hydroxypropyl starch phosphate show that viscosity is almost proportional to addition,and foams are rich.Distearyl phthalic acid amide provide weaker thickening ability and less foams compared with acrylates copolymer.Adding fatty acid could enrich foaming and enhance viscosity in appropriate pH range.
