摘要
环状RNA(circRNAs)是一类闭合环状结构的非编码RNA分子,其来源广泛,稳定性和保守性强,具有组织细胞表达特异性。CircRNAs能够结合微小RNA(miRNAs)或RNA结合蛋白,调节亲本基因转录,编码蛋白质,参与细胞生命活动,调控疾病发生发展。骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)是一类骨髓来源的非造血干细胞,具有多向分化潜能,诱导后可向成骨细胞转化,可用于骨缺损的修复和再生。目前有研究发现,circRNAs可通过circRNA-miRNA相互作用参与BMSCs成骨分化,调节骨代谢过程。本文通过归纳circRNAs的生物学特性并综述circRNAs影响BMSCs成骨分化的研究进展,为进一步探索circRNAs调控BMSCs成骨分化作用的机制研究及在骨组织工程中运用BMSCs修复骨缺损提供理论依据。
Circular RNAs(circRNAs) are a class of non-coding RNAs with closed-loop structures, which are stable and conserved, and have specificity of tissues and cells. CircRNAs have the functions of binding microRNAs(mi RNAs) or RNA binding proteins, regulating parental gene transcription and translating proteins, participating in cell activities and regulating disease development. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) are non-hematopoietic stem cells and have multi-directional differentiation potential which can differentiate into osteoblasts and can be used to repair bone defects. Recent studies have found that circRNAs participate in the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs through the interaction among circRNA-miRNA. In this paper, we summarize the biological characteristics of circRNAs and review the research progress of circRNAs affecting osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs, in order to provide theoretical basis for further research on the mechanism of circRNAs regulating osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs and the use of BMSCs to repair bone defects in bone tissue engineering.
