摘要
目的了解长治市高年级小学生食盐相关知识、饮食行为和体质现状,为进一步开展健康教育提供依据。方法2013年9月,本研究在长治市28所小学高年级中各随机选取1个班,然后再每个班随机抽取10名小学生进行面对面的《儿童减盐项目问卷》调查,并进行体格检查。结果长治市高年级小学生食盐与健康知识掌握程度偏低,知道推荐食盐摄入量为6g的学生仅有4人(1.43%);在外就餐每周>1次的学生69人(24.73%);每周在家就餐次数早餐最少。男生体质量指数大于女生,差异有统计学意义(t=5.532,P=0.000),男生超重肥胖率高于女生(χ2=18.830,P<0.01)。超重和肥胖,吃盐口味重是影响收缩压(t=2.176、2.090,P=0.030、0.038)和舒张压(t=2.096、2.012,P=0.037、0.045)的因素。结论长治市高年级小学生的食盐相关知识知晓率偏低,在外就餐的学生比例较高,应开展健康教育,提高小学生的减盐意识,形成健康的饮食行为。
Objective To understand salt-related knowledge,dietary behavior and physical condition of highgrade primary school students in Changzhi,and to provide basis for health education and salt consumption intervention.Methods In September 2013,a face-to-face survey was conducted among total 280students randomly selected from 28elementary schools in Changzhi,one high-grade class from each school and 10students from each class,using children salt reduction questionnaire.Physical examination was also performed for all participants.Results The survey found that majority of students was lack of salt related knowledge in Changzhi city.Only 4students(1.43%)knew the recommended daily salt intake which was 6grams.69students(24.73%)reported of dinning out for at least twice a week.Body mass index(BMI)and the prevalence of overweight and obesity of boys were significantly higher than that of girls(t=5.532,P=0.000,χ2=18.830,P<0.01).Analysis for the factors affecting blood pressure showed that BMI and salt intake were the major influencing factors for systolic blood pressure(t=2.176,2.090,P=0.030,0.038)and diastolic blood pressure(t=2.096,2.012,P=0.037,0.045).Conclusions High-grade elementary students are deficit on salt related knowledge and prefer to dinning out.Therefore,health education should be strengthened to raise the awareness of low salt intake.
