摘要
主要针对施工组织设计在房屋建筑工程施工管理中的重要性进行探讨,为体现施工组织设计的指导性意义,重点介绍施工组织设计中涉及到的几个方面,主要包括合理选择施工方案、合理布置现场平面、合理编制施工进度计划、合理编制主要资源配置计划等方面。
This article mainly aimed at the construction organization design in housing construction project construction management were discussed,and the importance of guiding significance for construction organization design,emphasis on the construction organization design involves several aspects,including the reasonable selection of construction site,the reasonable plan,reasonable arrangement of construction schedule,the reasonable formulation of the main aspects such as resource allocation plan.
