什么样的教材是“好教材”——职业教育教材评价的理论反思 被引量:31

What kind of textbook is a "good textbook" :Theoretical reflection on the evaluation of vocational education textbooks

摘要 教材建设是国家职业教育改革重要内容任务之一。在"人人皆可出版"的时代,中国职业教育教材出版规模得到了空前发展,但职业教育教材质量却参差不齐。所以,职业教育教材质量评估与监控势在必行。但是,职业教育"好教材"的"好"具有多样性,因此,职业教育教材评价要转变评价思维,从实践思维、权变思维和统计思维去建构职业教育教材评价理念。然后,从内容标准、设计标准、制作标准、应用标准和风格标准建立职业教育"好教材"的评价体系,根据不同评价标准的聚合建构职业教育"好教材"等级认证尺度,参照实践水平对职业教育教材进行合格、优秀与经典三级水平认证。最后,借鉴国外职业教育教材评价的实践经验,变革中国职业教育教材评价制度体系,为中国特色职业教育"好教材"建设提供制度保障。 The construction of textbook is one of the important tasks of the national vocational education reform. However, in the era of "everyone can publish", the scale of publishing vocational education textbooks in China has been unprecedentedly developed,and the quality of vocational education textbooks is uneven. Therefore, the evaluation and monitoring of the quality of vocational education textbooks is imperative. However, the "good" of vocational education textbook is diversity. Therefore, the evaluation of vocational education textbook should change the evaluation thinking, and construct the evaluation concept of vocational education textbook from practical thinking, contingency thinking and statistical thinking. Then, basing on the content standards, design standards, production standards, application standards and style standards, establish the evaluation system of vocational education textbook. According to the aggregation of different evaluation criteria, the vocational education textbook evaluation grade scale is constructed, and the vocational education textbook are carried out. Qualified, excellent and classic level three certification. Finally,with reference to the practical experience of foreign vocational education textbook evaluation, the reform of China’s vocational education textbook evaluation system is provided to provide institutional guarantee for the construction of "good textbook" for vocational education with Chinese characteristics.
