摘要
详细介绍了KJ653顶板动态监测系统的检测内容、技术特点及工作原理等,并针对马兰矿南六采区10608综采工作面支护质量与顶板动态监测工作中存在的问题,采用了KJ653顶板动态监测系统。应用研究表明,该系统能够24 h实时监测综采工作面支架压力变化情况,可有效地预测和预防顶板事故。
The detection content,technical characteristics and working principle of kj653 roof dynamic monitoring system are introduced in detail,and the KJ653 roof dynamic monitoring system is adopted in view of the problems existing in the support quality and roof dynamic monitoring work of 10608 fully mechanized mining face in south six mining area.the application research shows that the system can monitor the support pressure change in full-mechanized mining face in real time for 24 hours,and can effectively predict and prevent roof accidents,improve production efficiency and production management level.
