摘要
基于卡轨车制动系统的结构特点及制动理论,以KWGP-90型卡轨车制动系统为研究对象,从空载全速、满载全速行驶工况两方面,开展了卡轨车制动过程的仿真研究,得出该卡轨车制动系统具有较好的制动效果,能满足卡轨车在副斜井中的使用需求。该研究对掌握卡轨车制动过程变化规律、提高卡轨车制动性能具有重要作用。
Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and braking theory of the rail-jammed vehicle braking system,taking the KWGP-90 rail-jammed vehicle braking system as the research object,the simulation study of the braking process of the rail-jammed vehicle is carried out from the aspects of no-load full-speed and full-load full-speed driving conditions,and it is concluded that the rail-jammed vehicle braking system has better braking effect and can be full-loaded.Requirements for the use of foot rail car in auxiliary inclined shaft.The research has an important role in grasping the changing law of the braking process of the rail car and improving the braking performance of the rail car.
