摘要
采用浸渍法制备CuO/Al2O3催化剂,考察催化剂焙烧温度、焙烧时间对CuO/Al2O3催化臭氧化降解酸性红B性能的影响。结果表明,AlO(OH)的存在不利于催化臭氧氧化降解酸性红B,在焙烧温度600℃、焙烧2h时,AlO(OH)转化为Al2O3,CuO/Al2O3催化剂上没有AlO(OH)的存在,且CuO高度分散,CuO/Al2O3催化降解酸性红B的效果最佳,催化降解反应进行40min,酸性红B的COD去除率可达到82.9%。
CuO/Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by dipping method.The effects of calcination temperature and calcination time on the catalytic performance of CuO/Al2O3 catalyst were investigated.The results show that the presence of AlO(OH)was not conducive to the degradation of acid red B by catalytic ozonation,AlO(OH)was converted to Al 2O 3 at calcination temperature of 600℃for 2 h,and there was no AlO(OH)on CuO/Al2O3 catalyst,CuO/Al2O3 was the best catalyst for the degradation of acid red B,the catalytic degradation reaction was carried out for 40 min,and the COD removal rate of acid red B can reach 82.9%.
