一种新型微网内部故障保护方案 被引量:2

摘要 针对微网特殊的系统结构和运行方式对其保护带来的故障电流难以检测的问题,建立了典型的CERTS微网发电系统模型,提出了以故障前后母线上测量阻抗幅值变化为故障检测判据,其相角变化为故障定位判据的微网保护方案,该方案基于母线上测量阻抗变化采用双重判据克服了传统电流保护的不足。基于PSCAD/EMTDC平台对该模型及本文提出保护方案进行了仿真分析,用Matlab软件进行了数据处理,仿真结果表明该保护方案能够准确区分区内外故障,及时检测故障并且定位、切除故障。 In view of the problem that the fault current is difficult to be detected due to the special system structure and operation mode of the micro-grid,a typical CERTS microgrid power generation system model is established and such microgridprotection scheme as the impedance amplitude variation on the busbar before and after the fault is taken as base for the fault detection and its phase angle variation as fault location.The double criteria is adopted on the basis of variation of the measurement impedance of the busbar to overcome the shortcoming of traditional current protection.The model and the protection scheme proposed in this paper are simulated and analyzed on the basis of PSCAD/EMTDC platform.The Matlab software issued for data processing.It is shown by the simulation result that the scheme can distinguish clearly internal and external fault,detect,locate and eliminate the fault timely.
