Improvement of measurement method of converter flue gas composition by laser analysis

摘要 通过对酒钢炼轧厂OG转炉风机控制煤气回收的激光分析法测量方式运行现状和实际存在问题进行分析,针对转炉烟气成分分析的激光分析仪安装方式提出优化改进方案,采用转炉烟气成分风机回流法并联激光分析集成装置进行测量,改进后从根本上解决传统直装法致使分析仪由于管道振动大、烟气粉尘含量高、湿度大、温度高等因素造成激光分析仪在测量过程中激光强度大幅度衰减、易堵已漏、运行成本高、设备寿命短等各种问题,可以及时准确地给操作人员提供排放烟气中CO、O2的含量示值,提高了转炉煤气的回收率,降低维护成本,延长设备使用寿命,在节能减排环境保护方面取得良好效果。 In this paper,the status quo and practical problems of the laser analysis method of gas recovery controlled by OG converter fan in the rolling mill of Jiugang are analyzed.The optimization and improvement scheme for the installation mode of the laser analyzer for the analysis of the converter flue gas component is proposed.The integrated device of parallel laser analysis with converter flue gas composition fan reflow method is adopted for measurement.After the improvement,various problems such as large laser intensity attenuation,easy plugging and leakage,high operating cost,short equipment life,etc.in the measurement process of the laser analyzer caused by high vibration,high smoke and dust content,high humidity,high temperature and other factors caused by the traditional direct mounting method are fundamentally solved.It can provide the operator with the indication value of CO、O2 in the emission flue gas timely and accurately,improve the recovery rate of converter gas,reduce the maintenance costs,extend the service life of the equipment.Good results have been achieved in energy conservation and environmental protection.
