摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在降低阴道分娩初产妇侧切率中的实践效果。方法成立品管圈小组,通过现况调查,分析影响初产妇会阴侧切率的原因,制定相应的改善措施并组织实施。结果经阴道分娩初产妇的会阴侧切率由品管圈实施前的22.31%(1223/5483)降低为品管圈实施后11.66%(643/5515)。结论开展品管圈活动能有效降低初产妇生理产侧切率,提高助产服务质量。
Objective To evaluate the quality control circle(QCC)activities to reduce the episiotomy rate.Methods A QCC group was established,and influencing factors of lateral episiotomy among primiparae were analyzed by a cross-sectional study.Countermeasures were carried out by implementation of QCC activities.Results The lateral episiotomy rate among primiparae dropped from 22.31%(1223/5483)before implementation of QCC activities to 11.66%(643/5515)after implementation of QCC activities.Conclusion Implementation of QCC activities may reduce the lateral episiotomy rate among primiparae,therefore improving the quality of midwifery care.
