摘要
为减少霍尔辛赫选煤厂洗选系统的煤泥量,简化煤泥水处理系统,降低煤泥水分,提高产品发热量,增加企业经济效益,提出了煤泥减量化工艺。通过比较分析可知,采用3 mm脱粉工艺方案,预计可降低煤泥产率53%左右,增加销售收入约1.73亿元,实现了煤泥减量化目标。
In order to reduce the slime quantity in the washing system of Huoerxinhe coal preparation plant, simplified slurry water treatment system, reducing moisture content of coal slurry, increasing calorific value of products, increasing economic benefits of enterprises, the technology of slime reduction is put forward. Through comparative analysis, can see that, revamping scheme of 3 mm dedusting, it is estimated that the slime yield can be reduced by about 53%, increase sales revenue by $173 million yuan,realizing the goal of slime reduction.
