摘要
目的:探讨补虚祛风法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法:选取80例慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者进行研究,依据随机对照原则分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组患者采取常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟补虚祛风汤治疗,比较两组患者中医证候积分及实验室相关指标检测结果。结果:治疗后观察组患者水肿、倦怠乏力、腰膝酸软、口淡乏味、肢体困重、夜尿清长评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、尿MA/Cr、血BUN检测结果低于对照组,GFR高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补虚祛风法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿疗效显著,可明显改善蛋白尿情况,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria.Methods:80 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria patients were selected for study. According to the principle of random control,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with self-made Buxu Qufeng decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The results of TCM syndrome integral and laboratory related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the scores of edema,fatigue,weakness of waist and knee,bland mouth,weight of limb sleepiness and clear length of night urine were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the results of 24-hour urine protein quantification,MA/Cr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and GFR was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Bu Xu Qu Feng method on proteinuria in chronic glomerulonephritis is significant,which can improve the situation of proteinuria,and is worthy of clinical application.
