摘要
目的了解青年学生艾滋病病毒感染状况、艾滋病相关知识知晓和行为特征,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法2015-2019年,依据全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案,在监测期内,对省内监测点在读学生进行问卷调查,并采集静脉血进行HIV、梅毒、HCV抗体检测。每个监测点监测样本量为800人。采用描述性分析和趋势卡方检验对监测数据进行分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果 2015-2019年,每年监测约1 600人,共监测8 005名青年学生,检出HIV抗体阳性者10例,阳性率0.12%;梅毒抗体阳性者13例,阳性率0.16%;HCV抗体阳性者5例,阳性率0.06%;艾滋病知识知晓率为90.69%;有性行为1 515人,占18.93%;首次性行为安全套使用率为72.10%。结论大学生对艾滋病认知尚可,但存在危险性行为,应加强大学生艾滋病健康教育宣传,培养正确的性观念和健康的生活方式,提高对青年学生的干预服务覆盖面。
Objective To investigate the AIDS epidemics,AIDS related knowledge and behavior characteristics among young students in Sichuan Province,so as to provide some evidence for the establishment of intervention measures.Methods During 2015-2019,in the accordance with the requirement of national intervention scheme,the study was conducted among young students in Sichuan AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Sites,A questionnaire survey was carried out in this population for HIV/AIDS surveillance,and their venous blood was collected for HIV,syphilis and HCV antibody detection.There were 800 young students involved in this study for each AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Sites.The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis and chi-square trend test with a=0.05.Results From 2015 to 2019,there were 1 600 young students were examined annually and 8 005 students in total.There were 10 HIV antibody positive cases detected with a positive rate of 0.12%,13 syphilis antibody positive cases detected with the positive rate of 0.16%,and 5 HCV antibody positive cases detected with the positive rate of 0,06%.The knowledge rate of HIV/AIDS was approximately 90.69%,and 1 515 students had sex behavior,counting for 18,93% of the total participants and those who used condom during the first sex took 72.10%.Conclusion The undergraduates have a good understanding of HIV/AIDS to some extent,but the risky sexual behaviors could not be neglected.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of AIDS health education for college students,cultivate correct sexual attitudes and healthy lifestyles,and improve the coverage of intervention services for young students.
