摘要
从开机准备、启动升温与恒温、开机挤出牵引与定型等方面介绍了PVC型材生产线的开机过程,并给出了开机过程中常见问题的解决办法。
The startup process of the PVC profile production line was introduced from the aspects of starting up,warming up and holding the temperature,starting,extruding,drawing and setting.The solutions to the common problems during the startup process were given.
