摘要
针对某电厂5号发电机励磁系统故障进行原因分析,得出整流柜内可控硅长期运行造成元件老化使2号和1号整流柜相继退出,使励磁系统停运。同时发现了对励磁系统设备管理不够深入、励磁系统培训工作不到位、整流柜测温信号存在设计缺陷等问题,提出深入开展设备运维管控,加强励磁系统知识培训,增加励磁系统巡检频次等改进措施。
This paper analyzes the cause of excitation system failure of No.5 Generator in a power plant,and concludes that the aging of components caused by long-term operation of SCR in the rectifier cabinet made No.2 and No.1 rectifier cabinets exiting and the excitation system stoping.At the same time,it is found that the excitation system equipment management is not in-depth,the excitation system training is not in place,and the rectifier cabinet temperature measurement signal has design defects.The improvement measures are proposed,such as in-depth management and control of equipment operation and maintenance,strengthening the knowledge training of excitation system,increasing the frequency of patrol inspection of excitation system,etc.
