摘要 福建某热液蚀变风化残积型高岭土尾矿主要矿物为石英,含少量高岭石、电气石、云母、长石矿物,SiO2含量为83.20%。为回收尾矿中石英,对其进行选矿提纯试验研究。结果表明,试样经磨矿-水力分级、沉砂重选、重选精矿2阶段磁选,非磁性产品经擦洗-浮选,获得的石英精砂0.6~0.1 mm粒级含量大于95%,SiO2含量达到99.29%、Al2O3含量为0.27%,Fe2O3含量为0.002 9%,满足太阳能光伏玻璃、光热玻璃用低铁石英砂的质量要求,为高岭土尾矿资源高值化综合利用提供了工艺参考。 Main minerals in tailings of a hydrothermal alteration weathering residual deposit from Fujian is quartz, few of kaolinite, tourmaline, mica, feldspar, SiO2 content of 83.20%. To recovery quartz in tailings, beneficiation purification experiment was conducted. Results indicated that, via grinding, hydraulic classification,sand setting gravity separation,concentrate via two magnetic separation,non-metallic products via sulfuric acid scrubbing, flotation. The quartz sand obtained with the particle size of 0.6~0.1 mm more than 95%, SiO2 content up to 99.29%,Al2O3 content of 0.27%, Fe2O3 content of 0.002 9% were gained, which meet the quality requirements of low-iron quartz sand for solar photovoltaic glass and photo thermal glass and provides a viable process for high value-added recovery of kaolin tailings.
