Beneficiation Test of a Gold Ore in Iran

摘要 伊朗某金矿矿石类型为石英脉型,属于低硫含金氧化矿石。为确定该矿石的开发利用工艺,进行了选矿试验。研究表明,矿石中Au品位为4.47 g/t,以裸露及半裸露金为主;金矿物的嵌布粒度不均匀,主要以细粒、微粒金的形式存在;考虑到环保及矿石性质,采用重选-浮选工艺流程对矿石进行处理,在1次磨矿细度为-74μm占60%条件下,首先进行重选+闪速浮选,可以预先获得Au品位为181.90 g/t、回收率22.38%的重选金精矿和Au品位为76.57 g/t、回收率29.29%的闪浮金精矿2种合格产品;重选+闪浮综合尾矿在磨矿细度为-74μm占85%条件下,经1粗2精2扫,可获得Au品位61.81 g/t、回收率35.13%的浮选金精矿,金的总回收率为86.80%,技术指标良好。 A gold ore in Iran is quartz vein type gold-bearing oxidized ore with low sulfur. In order to determine the utilization process of the ore,beneficiation test was carried out. The results showed that the grade of Au in the ore is 4.47 g/t,mainly in the form of bare and semi-bare gold. Dissemination size of gold mineral was uneven,mainly in the form of fine and particulate gold particles. The flowsheet of gravity separation-flotation was adopted considering the environmental protection and ore properties. Under the condition of-74 μm accounting for 60% after primary grinding,gravity separation+flash flotation was carried out firstly. Two kinds of qualified products with gravity separation concentrate of Au grade of 181.90 g/t and recovery rate of 22.38%,and flash flotation concentrate of Au grade of 76.57 g/t and recovery rate of 29.29% were obtained.Under the condition of-74 μm accounting for 85% after regrinding,the flotation gold concentrate with Au grade of 61.81 g/t and recovery rate of 35.13% could be obtained through one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging. The total recovery of gold was 86.80%,leading to good technical indexes.
