摘要
新型工业化发展近20年,取得可喜成绩,但是仍然存在很多现实性问题。本文针对新型工业化发展进程中在发展理念、能源利用、创新驱动、环境污染等方面存在的问题,依据绿色发展理念,提出了新型工业化发展对策:树立绿色共识,实现新型工业化的高质量发展;发展循环经济,实现新型工业化的可持续发展;推动科技创新,实现新型工业化的跨越式发展;推进政企民共治,实现新型工业化的高效益发展。
The new industrialization has been developing for nearly 20 years and achieved gratifying results,but there are still many practical problems.In view of the problems existing in the development concept,innovation-driven,energy utilization,environmental pollution and other aspects in the development process of new industrialization,this paper proposes to establish a green consensus and achieve high-quality development of new industrialization according to the requirements of green development concept.Developing circular economy and realizing sustainable development of new industrialization;promote scientific and technological innovation and realize the leapfrog development of new industrialization;countermeasures and suggestions for advancing the co-governance of government,enterprises and the people,and realizing the high-efficiency development of new-type industrialization.
