摘要
研究和分析了市政管线变形风险评估导则的关键内容,建立了半定量变形风险评估模型和定量变形风险评估模型结合市政管线结构全寿命周期服务理念,风险评估模型中考虑了规划可研、设计审查、施工验收和运行维护阶段影响管线变形的可能性因素依据《给水排水工程管道结构设计规范》(GB50332-2002)计算了不同规格的柔性管线屈服时对应的变形值,以及刚性管线不同裂缝宽度对应的变形值,归纳了柔性管线和刚性管线对应的柔性接口和刚性接口的计算内容计算结果表明,管侧土对柔性管和刚性管的影响存在本质上的差别。认识到不同类别的管侧土,对不同种类管材所起的作用需要结合具体情况进行分析和确定市政管线变形风险评估导则的编制,补充和完善了现行的国家标准体系。
The key content of the the municipal pipeline deformation risk assessment guideline was studied and analyzed,and the semi-quantitative deformation risk assessment model and the quantitative deformation risk assessment model were established.Combined with the service life cycle service concept of municipal pipeline structure,the risk assessment model considers the possible factors affecting pipeline deformation during planning feasibility study,design review,construction acceptance and operation maintenance.According to the code for"Structural design code for pipelines of water supply and waste water engineering"GB50332-2002,the corresponding deformation values of flexible pipelines with different specifications and the deformation values corresponding to different crack widths of rigid pipelines are calculated,and the calculation content of the flexible interfaces and rigid interfaces respectively corresponding to flexible pipelines and rigid pipelines are summarized.The calculation results showed that there are essential differences in the influence of the lateral soils by different calculation and analysis models.The effects of different types of pipe side soils on different types of pipes need to be analyzed and determined in combination with specific conditions.Therefore,the preparation of the municipal pipeline deformation risk assessment guidelines complements and improves the current national standard system.
