拉萨河流域喜马拉雅鼠兔(Ochotona himalayana)占域研究初报

A preliminary study on the occupancy of the Himalayan pika(Ochotona himalayana) in the Lhasa River Basin

摘要 喜马拉雅鼠兔系青藏高原特有小型啮齿目、兔型属物种,目前,关于该物种的具体生物、生态学特性,尤其它的占域状况尚未见报道。为补充和完善20世纪80年代冯祚建等有关喜马拉雅鼠兔的报道,并探索该物种在拉萨河流域的具体占域情况,本研究于2017年12月底至2018年1月和2018年7月底至8月期间,在拉萨河流域采用占域模型对该物种的占域、分布情况进行观察研究。结果发现:该物种的占域与放牧、农田灌溉之间并未有直接关系(P>0.05),但与灌木树物种(β=1.2705,SE=0.3204,t=3.966,P<0.0000001)和海拔梯度(β=-0.0019070 SE=0.0003668,t=-5.198,P<0.00001)之间存在显著差异,其主要占域在锦鸡儿-草本植被类型、沙生槐-草本植被类型和香柏-草地石滩类型的斑缀中。 The Himalayan pika is one of the endemic species of Rodentia Ochotonidae to the Tibetan Plateau and a little biological and ecological information of it was only seen 80th of last century reported by Feng et al.,especially its occupation status has not been reported so far.The study was carried out from December in 2017 to January in 2018 and from July to August in 2018 in Lhasa River Basin.The multi-season occupancy model was conducted to explore the occupancy and distribution of Himalayan pika in the area.The results that there are no correlation between livestock grazing,agricultural irrigation and the occupancy and distribution of Himalayan pika(P>0.05)while there was a positive correlation between the occupancy and distribution of Himalayan pika and the specific thorny bush species(β=1.2705,SE=0.3204,t=3.966,P<0.0000001),and was a negative correlation between the occupancy and distribution of Himalayan pika and the altitude gradients(β=-0.0019070,SE=0.0003668,t=-5.198,P<0.00001).The study suggested that the occupancy and distribution area of Himalayan pika are the patches of Caragana sinica-grassland,Sophora moorcroftiana-grassland,and Sabina pingii-stony grassland,respectively.
