摘要
汽轮机通流改造是一项技术集成度高的系统工程,既要提高设备的经济性、安全性,又要适应非改造部件和系统,还要满足如深度调峰、低频保护等的新要求。梳理了通流改造可研阶段、设计和制造阶段、安装调试与试验阶段的改造范围确定、螺栓材料选用、轴向定位等常见问题,总结提出了有效处理及预控措施,有利于发电企业今后更好地实施汽轮机通流改造工作。
Steam turbine retrofit is highly technical and systematic engineering.It requires not only economy and safety,but also compatible with existing parts and system.And there are new requirements such as super low load operation and low frequency protection from grid.Typical issues are summarized,including feasibility study,design and manufacture,installation and commissioning and performance test,customize retrofit scope,bolting material selection,shaft position maintenance.The effective actions and containment measures are described to benefit steam turbine retrofit in the future.
