摘要
通过从生产总值核算视角对近年来清远的经济增长的实证分析,可发现近几年清远经济发展呈稳中趋缓走势、第二、三产业发展波动起伏较大、主要行业持续较快发展能力偏弱,其中主要原因有生产要素投入不足、工业支撑作用不强、发展程度不够充分等。新形势下,在加快推进经济结构调整、产业转型升级的同时,需要合理分配使用生产要素资源,着力抓好新产业的培育和发展,夯实稳增长的基础,才能有更好的基础和条件进行经济结构调整。要千方百计引进航母型企业,吸引带动上下游配套企业汇聚,打造新的产业链,形成新的主导产业,稳增长才会更加坚实有力。
Based on the empirical analysis of Qingyuan’s economic growth in recent years from the perspective of GDP accounting, it can be found that Qingyuan’s economic development in recent years has shown a stable and slowing trend, the great fluctuation of the development of the second and third industries, and the weak ability for the main industries to maintain rapid development. The main reasons are the insufficient input of production factors,the weak role of industrial support, and the insufficient degree of development. Under the new situation, while accelerating the adjustment of economic structure and industrial transformation and upgrading, we need to reasonably allocate and use the resources of production factors, focus on the cultivation and development of new industries, and lay a solid foundation for the stable growth, so as to have a better foundation and conditions for the economic restructuring. Only by introducing the aircraft-carrier enterprises, attracting and driving the convergence of the upstream and the downstream supporting enterprises, building a new industrial chain and forming a new leading industry can the stable growth be more solid and powerful.
