摘要
某新建航站楼体积庞大、人员密集,疏散路径复杂,进行安全疏散设计时,涉及防火分区划分、自动消防设施设置等诸多问题。以所涉及问题为研究目标,设置多个火灾场景,利用性能化设计的方法,对其安全疏散设计的合理性和安全性进行评估。研究中充分考虑设计方案中疏散策略、疏散途径及人员在疏散中的不确定性等因素。结果表明,该航站楼的疏散设计方案是合理的,能实现火灾情况下人员的安全疏散,并提出消防设计及管理的若干对策。
A new terminal building is huge,crowded,and has complex evacuation routes.When carrying out the evacuation design,it involves many problems such as the partition of fire zones,the installation of automatic fire fighting facilities,and so on.This paper takes it as the research object,sets up several fire scenarios,and evacuates the rationality and safety of its safety evacuation design using performance-based design method.In the study,the evacuation strategy,evacuation route and the uncertainty of evacuation in the design scheme are fully considered.The results show that the evacuation design scheme of the terminal building is reasonable and can realize the safe evacuation of the personnel in the case of fire.Some countermeasures for fire protection design and management are put forward.
