摘要
山东抗日根据地的基层政权改造,是根据地民主政权建设的重要组成部分,既是"三三制"原则向乡村社会基层的深入贯彻过程,又是党在基层贯彻群众路线的具体表现。村财政的整理,既是山东抗日根据地财政制度正规化建设的重要环节,也是基层政权改造的重要任务之一。
The transformation of grass-roots political power in Shandong anti-Japanese base area is an important part of the construction of democratic political power in the base area.It is not only the thorough implementation process of the principle of"Three Thirds Systems"to the grass-roots level of rural society,but also the concrete manifestation of the party’s implementation of the mass line at the grass-roots level.The arrangement of village finance is not only an important link of the normalization of financial system in Shandong anti-Japanese base areas,but also one of the important tasks of the transformation of grass-roots political power.
