摘要
现代职业教育旨在培养面向经济社会发展和生产服务一线的高素质劳动者和技术技能人才,更加突出技能水平和综合素养培养。由于药品生产企业对环境卫生洁净度和人员资格准入要求很高,学生很难在药品生产企业的关键岗位见习和实操。为此,基于在校学生的药物制剂岗位技能培养,围绕实验实训室建设的布局规划、实验实训项目的筛选、实验实训室运行与管理等,构建师生一体化实验实训管理模式。通过实践,学生的实践动手能力、企业岗位对接度及企业团队协作能力显著提高,值得在生物医药类专业进一步推广应用。
The purpose of modem vocational education is to cultivate high-quality frontline workers and technical talents tbr the economic and social development and production services,focusing on the training of skills and comprehensive quality.Due to the strict requirements for environmental sanitation cleanliness and personnel qualification of pharmaceutical manufacturers,it was difficult for students to practice in key posts in pharmaceutical manufacturers.Therefore the paper is to establish a management mode of teacher-student integrated experiment and practice based on the students'skills training required for the post of pharmaceutical preparation,involving the layout for the construction of the experimental training room,the screening of experimental training projects,the operation and management of the experimental training room,and so on.Practices significantly improved students5 practical ability,docking with relevant posts in enterprises,and teamwork ability,suggesting that the mode is worthy offurther promoting and application in biomedical majors.
