摘要
住院医师规范化培训(住培)是毕业后医学教育的重要环节,是加强我国卫生人才队伍建设、缩减与国际医疗卫生工作质量差距的根本之策。随着国家住培工作的不断推进及住培工作评估指标的完善,住培基地的管理工作也要求越来越深入、细致,通过住培信息化系统提升住培管理工作质量、节约人力成本投入成为医院住培管理的当务之急。本文对上海市浦东新区公利医院住培工作的现状进行了分析,阐述了医院住培管理信息化建设的必要性,并对公利医院住培信息化系统的建设过程、信息系统建设完成后对住培管理工作发挥的作用和价值以及信息化建设的经验和体会进行了总结,同时,对住培信息化未来的发展方向进行展望。本文旨在向更多有意进行住培信息化建设的医院分享信息化建设、节约资源投入、提高工作效率经验,将我国的住培事业推向新的高度。
Standardized residency training(SRT)is an important part of post-graduate medical education.It is fundamental solution for not only building the talent teams of health care system in China,but also narrowing the gaps between the domestic medical care and the international levels.With the continuous progress and the enhancement of evaluation index in SRT,the management of training bases becomes more and more thorough and meticulous.Therefore,the highest priority right now is to setup an informatization system for SRT,in order to promote the management quality and save the labor cost.This article reviewed the present SRT situations of public hospitals in Shanghai Pudong District,and analyzed the status of SRT informatization construction.We investigated the necessity of the SRT informatization construction,and summarized the development progress,functions and values,experiences and reflections during the construction process as well.The expectations of the promising future in SRT informatization was also involved.Collectively,we would like to share our valuable experiences with the hospitals which are willing to develop SRT systems in the near future in order to save the resources,increase the efficiency,and lead the Chinese SRT facilities to better arrangement.
