摘要
为满足某大学图书馆项目招标文件中对BIM和智慧工地技术提出的要求,集团技术中心以BIM技术为核心,物联网技术为纽带,研发"智慧工地-项目管理运维平台",形成项目管理新模式,打通从一线操作与远程监管的数据链条,实现劳务、安全、环境、材料各业务环节的智能化、互联网化管理,为促进工地管理集群化、建筑施工精细化、企业信息数据化的转型升级做了一次尝试。
In order to meet the requirements of BIM and smart site technologies in the bidding documents of a university library project, the group technology center takes the BIM technology as the core, Internet of things technology as the link, and develops "smart site project management and operation platform".It forms a new mode of project management, open the data chain of front-line operation and remote supervision, and realizes the intelligent and Internet management of all business links of labor, safety, environment and materials, and makes a transformation and upgrading for promoting the clustering of site management, the refinement of construction and the digitalization of enterprise information.
