摘要
玻璃颜料是一种低熔点玻璃,在高硼硅玻璃印刷中的应用也极其广泛,由于高硼硅玻璃特殊的性能及应用领域,其使用的玻璃颜料要耐酸耐碱,退火烤花温度不能高于680℃,并且能耐受多种溶剂的腐蚀。阐述了玻璃颜料在高硼硅玻璃产品印标中釉料的调配及热印技术和冷印技术在实际生产中的应用。
Glass pigment is a kind of low melting point glass that is widely used in high borosilicate glass products. Due to the special properties and application fields, high borosilicate glass used the pigments can resist acid and alkali. The annealing temperature is not higher than 680 ℃, and they have a corrosion resistant to a variety of solvents. In this paper, the application of glass pigment in the glaze preparation of the printing of high borosilicate glass products, and the application of hot and cold printing technologies in actual production are described.
