摘要
大型仪器作为重要的科研辅助工具,在科技创新中具有重要作用,也是衡量一个地区科技水平的重要体现。随着我国日益重视科技发展,在社会上营造了浓厚的研发创新氛围,为大型仪器开放共享提供了有利条件。以连云港市为例,分析大型仪器开放共享现状,探讨开放机制、存在问题及推进举措,为提高大型仪器使用率,构建良好的大型仪器共享环境提供参考。
As an important scientific research aid, large-scale instruments not only play an important role in technological innovation but also an important indicator to measure the technological level of a region. In recent years, our country has attached great importance to the development of science and technology, created a strong R&D and innovation atmosphere in the society, which has provided favorable conditions for large-scale instrument exchange. Taking Lianyungang as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of large-scale instrument open sharing, discusses the open mechanism, existing problems and promoting measures, in order to provide reference for improving the utilization rate of large-scale instruments and building a good sharing environment for large-scale instruments.
