摘要
目的研究医学检验危急值报告制度的建立。方法检验科对检验危急值的概念进行深入的研究后,将实际情况结合起来,制定出合理的危急值范围,在采用计算机对其进行处理时,一旦在检验时发现异常,会发出警报,相关的医生要对其进行重新检查从而来确定检验结果,并根据检验结果做出相应的治疗。结果这一制度的建立,使相关人员的责任心有所提升,对于临床服务的意识也会有所增强,可以有效的提升相关人员的诊断水平以及医院的管理水平。结论为了提升诊断治疗的效率,有效把握患者的抢救时间,建立医学检验危急值报告制度是可行的措施。
Objective To study the establishment of a medical test critical value reporting system. Methods After in-depth study on the concept of testing critical value, our laboratory has combined the actual situation of our hospital to formulate a reasonable range of critical values. When using computer to process it, once the abnormality is found during the inspection, an alarm will be issued and the relevant doctor will re-examine it to determine the test results and make appropriate treatment based on the test results. Results The establishment of this system has improved the sense of responsibility of relevant personnel, and the awareness of clinical services will be enhanced, which can effectively improve the diagnostic level of relevant personnel and the management level of hospitals. Conclusion In order to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment, effectively grasp the patient’s rescue time, it is feasible to establish a medical test critical value reporting system.
