摘要
由于核岛主设备大型锻件具有制造难度大、成本高、生产周期长的特点,经反复锤炼获得性能合格的锻件可以说来之不易。在锻件最终机械加工环节,如果因加工不当造成尺寸超差将会直接导致工件报废。通过对一起典型的封头锻件机加工失误事件进行深入剖析,从机加工中的挤屑现象入手,通过对刀具在加工状态的受力状态定性及部分定量分析,摸索导致刀具偏转的挤屑问题发生机理,从而寻找大型锻件外表面车削加工过程中挤屑风险的预防及规避方法,供同类企业借鉴参考。
Because the heavy forgings of nuclear island main equipment have the characteristics of manufacturing difficulty,high cost and long production cycle,it is not easy to obtain the forgings with qualified performance. In the final machining process of forgings,if the dimension is out of tolerance due to improper machining,the workpiece will be scrapped. In this paper,a typical forging machiningerror event is analyzed in depth. Starting from the mechanism of Scurf squeezing phenomenon in machining,the prevention and avoidance methods of Scurf squeezing risk in the process of turning the outer surface of large forgings are discussed for reference of similar enterprises.
